I love the PB balloon dies, but this time I just used the big circle one. The white balloon is covered with Frosted Lace Stickles giving a subtle sparkle. For the red balloon I inked the die cut with Memento Love Letter & covered it with Diamond Glaze. The dotted paper is from PB's first paper pad & the sentiment is my old favorite--a 2004 PB wood mounted stamp. Think this could work for a guy or a gal--may end up going to my brother who loves red.

Love the red and white, red is the favorite color of most in our family for some reason. My GG and my Mom both loved red and so do I. I think it is a very happy card.
