Merry Wishes
I was so honored to win at Merry Monday with my nativity card, giving me the chance to design with the team this week. Gotta admit, I gulped when I saw Sue's theme--Cute/Fun card for a child. You probably know that's not my usual style. Fortunately, the light went on & I realized I could finally make use of a darling MFT stamp I got long ago called Snow Angel.
The image was stamped with Versafine Smokey Gray & watercolored with my Ziggies--Yah! The snowballs & pompom are covered with Stickles which I also used for a background of snowflakes. The shaker mix is a combination of Stampendous Shaved Ice, seed beeds & fine glitter. The Stampendous sentiment was cut into a banner & added to the top. It was fun to branch outside my comfort zone!
