A Warm Hello

Always fun to try the ideas in the PTI MIM videos. Danielle made a beautiful friendship card demonstrating her technique of using Copics to create a die cut shadow.  I gave it a try, but would take a lot of practice for me to get good at it. Often I make a cardstock shadow in white or black, but now I see how pretty it is to use a lighter shade of the same color.
My card is done with Wonderful Words: Hello die cut from Blueberry Sky & the coordinating sentiment stamped in Versafine Smokey Gray. The diecuts from Friendly Flowers are stamped in Aqua Mist, Lemon Tart, Sweet Blush & Soft Stone.  I inlaid the center panel & PPP clear dots provide embellishment.  I'm also entering LawnscapingPenny Black & More & SSS Monday.
