More Cards

Some WCMD challenges are still going, so here are 3 more cards.
First is a Thanksgiving card inspired by an older Nichol Spohr video I recently watched.  I had never used the SSS Heart of Flowers die & now I don't want to put it down!
I die cut kraft & white cardstock.  The white pieces were colored with Distress Markers festive berries, wild honey, spiced marmalade, faded jeans, dusty concord, peeled paint & brushed corduroy.  I brushed all the pieces with Wink of Stella & then put them into the negative spaces of the kraft panel.
That was easily done since I had already attached adhesive backed fun foam to the panel.  Finished off with a twine bow.  I'm entering SSS Flickr #107, Flickr Love Handmade Cards, HLS Anything Goes with Dies & SSS WCMD

Next is a card already sent to a blogging friend & she kindly sent me a picture since I couldn't find the one I took.
This is one of my favorite designs:  ink blend a masked area & stamp with a solid image.  This time I used Distress Oxide picked raspberry & abandoned coral with the PB image called Peony.  The sentiment from W&W A Tree for all Seasons was heat embossed.  I added black Pico Embellisher to the flower centers.  I'm entering W&W WCMD Ink BlendingSSS WCMD & WAW.

My final card is for CAS on Friday & W&W WCMD CAS.  I put all the stamps in my stamp positioner & colored them with Distress Markers festive berries, wild honey, peeled paint, faded jeans, dusty concord & brushed corduroy.
I brushed over the leaves with a water brush & added splatters with the brushed corduroy.  It's always fun to come up with a one layer card & this one will go to a blogging friend for Thanksgiving.

  13. I love the inlaid, multi-coloured heart on kraft. It's so pretty Greta!! And I LOVE the second card. Beautiful image and love the masked and sponged strip in my favourite colours of orange and pink! :) Your last card is so sweet with the leaves flowing a little from the water you've added. Very artsy and a great one layer design! xx
