I wanted to make a card for a blogging friend going through a sad time. The beautiful Muse card gave me just the needed inspiration. I chose colors I think are peaceful, but also uplifting: Distress Ink bundled sage, PTI Mint Julep & Limeade Ice.
The images from PTI Meadow Greens are stamped in Brilliance Pearlescent Chocolate using first & second generation. For the sentiment I used this very old one from Hero Arts & stamped in Versafine Vintage Sepia. Finished off this one layer card with some hemp tied in a bow & rounded the top corners. I'm also entering Virginia's View & Word Art Wednesday. Thanks so much for taking time to stop by.

The sponged background is so delicate and serene and the card is lovely with these soft ferns as the focal point. I'm sure this will comfort your friend in a difficult time to realize she's in your heart & thoughts. Have a pleasant weekend, and TFS.
