My PTI SAF post is HERE.
Last year Maureen asked for volunteers to help her with the Rudolph Days challenges for 2016. She had a pretty big response & didn't want to turn anyone away. It worked out great as each of us is on a team who will Guest Design every other month for 3 months. All the challenge details are on Maureen's RD Post.
My card features several of my favorite things: poinsettias, felt & foil. The stamps & dies are by My Favorite Things. Recently I bought FlitterGlu to see if I could foil a stamped image. It worked great with the Distressed Diamonds, which I also used on this card. To give the felt more body, I attached it to cardstock before die cutting. Hope you'll check out the work of my teammates & make a Christmas card for the challenge. I'm also entering HLS Anything Goes with Dies, CropStop, Uniko & Word Art Wednesday. Thanks so much for stopping by.
Elegant and totally lovely!

ReplyDeletethe poinsettia in felt is wonderful Greta - great design
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card and like the texture and colour in the felt flower. Great success with stamping with the glue and attaching the flakes. It is a stunning effect x (and on the blue diamond card recently posted).
ReplyDeleteLovely poinsettia card to spotlight as your Guest Designer duties at Rudy day. Good idea to back the felt with c/s, as the poinsettia looks so dimensional. Good to see the flitter glue is working well for your foiling, and this is just so pretty & bright. TFS &Hugs
ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely, Greta. I love the look of the felt and thank you for the tip to back it with some card. I would not have thought of that and it is a brilliant idea.
