With the start of a new year, thought it'd be fun to find some challenges I haven't participated in. I've seen other people's entries for Neat & Tangled and the current challenge is "Saying Hello." Couldn't pass this one up since one of my 2014 goals is to send more "just because" cards. I have N&T sets on my wishlist, but none in hand. Fortunately they offer free digis & this one was perfect! I won't bore you with my process to get it printed the size I wanted (techy I am not!), but first try on my Bo-Bunny printed paper was perfect making me very happy--LOL! Doesn't Spellbinders Labels 14 look like it was made for the image?
I actually ended up with a Valentine, which is great since I'm planning to send a lot more than last year. The heart die cut is Memory Box which I dry embossed & sprayed with Glimmer Mist, making this also eligible for the challenge at Die Cut Divas. I sponged the printed paper edges in white ink. This card is so adorable and I love the scrolled heart. I can't seem to get motivated to do challenges, for various reasons. I can't wait to see what other challenges you try out!

Love the polka-dotted paper to pieces and your swirly embossed heart is oh so perfect. I wish I had more time to play in extra challenges. I miss getting crafty more often that is for sure.
