First is a card I entered in several challenges via Flickr, but thought you might like to see it. The stamps from Impression Obsession Valentine Hearts were clear embossed. Then I blended DO candied apple & worn lipstick.
Next I used the same stamp set & technique with Liquid Platinum embossing & DO broken china & cracked pistachio.
I had fun making the next card for my brother & sister-in-law. He loves red, maybe because that was my dad's favorite color.
My friend, Betty, sent me the clustered hearts die cuts in red & gold. I removed the outline from the red panel & replaced it with the gold one. For a bit of dimension I backed the panel with a couple layers of cardstock & matted it with a black panel. I'm entering SSS Monday.
