I always have fun making cards, but oh my goodness--I got hooked on PTI MIM Masked Heart Wreaths! I've tried this technique with an oval & never liked the result. Could be I didn't stamp images close enough together or use small enough ones. The PTI sets I used are Garden Gild, Fancy Foliage, BG Basics Text Style, Quilled Elegance & Lovely Layers. I used a bunch of PTI inks & Versafine Vintage Sepia & white pigment ink. The love die cut is also PTI & 2 of the cards have a sentiment from SSS. I didn't have the right size heart die, so used the tried & true grade school technique of folding a piece of paper in half & using scissors. The white die cut is brushed with WOS & the card with distressed edges is spritzed with Perfect Pearls. I may not be done yet--haha! Thanks so much for taking time to stop by.
I love this, Greta. Your cards turned out so beautifully. I tried a card using this technique, and mine wasn't so much of a success. Great job, and thanks for sharing this with us. Karen Word Art Wednesday
These are all so beautiful. It's amazing how changing the colors can change the whole look of the card and stamps. I like the soft look but the black is so dramatic and really catches my eye.
