Welcome

Designer Extraordinaire, Deepti, had her first baby & it's a boy!  I've been waiting for several years to make use of the Debbie Mumm Baby Boy ribbon pack I picked up on close-out.  I wanted to use the cute ABC one, but just liked the gingham better on my card. The soft blue panel is a scrap from a K&Co 12x12 paper pad also in that close-out.  I stamped my own background using VersaMagic Aegean Blue & the adorable tiny heart in the new PRS set called Sweet Pea which was designed by my friend, Lisa.  It's so tiny I wondered how it would stamp, but it was great!  Now if I can just keep from loosing it--haha! I seldom make baby or kid cards, so my little DeNami giraffe is neglected, which is a shame since it really is adorable.  After white embossing, I sponged on the Aegean Blue.
Then I brushed the area outside the image with Perfect Pearls & used MFT Glitter Glaze on the image & the edges of the panel.  So glad I had these small, white, glitter alphabet stickers, as they were just what I needed. I'm joining the card hop for Deepti at Stamplorations & I'll enter at The Playground, CASology & Word Art Wednesday.
I've been off work for a month since I semi-retired. Hopefully I'll remember what to do tomorrow--haha! Thanks so much for stopping by.
