I always love making & sending cards, but this card was just plain fun! Lizzie's video for PTI MIM Customizing Printed Paper really inspired me. I had in mind finding a striped paper to play with, but then I saw the triangle design in MME On Trend paper pad.
Think this was my first inking of the sweet little stamps in the PTI Garden Gild stamp set. I used PTI inks Melon Berry, Sweet Blush & Classic Kraft. The gold touches were done with a gold gel pen I never think to use. The die cuts from the same set were cut from matching cardstock & I added gold dots to the flower centers. This is one of my favorite PTI sentiments & is from Lovely Leaves. I stamped it in HA Cup O' Joe & trimmed the end inspired by Kristina Werner. The little gold piece was die cut with MFT Pinking Edge since I thought it tied in with the triangles. Freshly Made Sketches provided the layout and the kraft & gold snippets let me also enter at The Playground.
