Time for a new challenge at Penny Black Saturday Challenge. Our players can volunteer to guest design with us--hope you'll check it out. It's almost Valentine's Day & our theme is to use red &/or hearts on your project. Don't forget you must include a Penny Black image--all the details are on the blog.
I began by heat embossing PB Valentine Dance on wc paper, spritzing & adding Ken Oliver Crimson Color Burst. Splatters of Distress Paint spun sugar & Distress Stain brushed pewter were added. I colored the little hearts with a Gelly Roll pen & added glitter to the 2 bigger hearts & added some Queen & Co pink droplets. The doily rescued from under my cup of soup was spritzed with TA Snow Angel, cut into sections & attached to each side. The red panel is embossed with WRMK 3D embossing folder & the raised areas were watercolored with the spun sugar paint to soften the color & tie in a bit more. Hope to see you in the gallery. I'm entering at SSS Wednesday & Time Out. Thanks so much for stopping by.
