Hubby's Birthday Card

I've had in the back of my mind that I needed to get hubby's birthday card done & finally did in the nick of time!
Fortunately, I took time to watch Betsy's PTI MIM video a few days ago--just the inspiration I needed. Hubby enjoyed downhill skiing when we met & I knew he'd like a card with snowflakes. Don't know why I hadn't opened What the Doodle Snowflake--just love the images.  I used Blueberry Sky cardstock & Copic marker B23 to outline only the largest snowflakes.  Then Enchanted Evening was sponged darkest at the top & lighter to none at the bottom. I added Nuvo clear drops to the snowflake centers--works even for a guy's card, I think. The sentiment is from Twig Wreath & Wonderful Words Hello--just the block font I wanted.  I'm also entering my card at SSS Wednesday & The Male Room.  I've made a lot of progress, but still working on mailing Christmas cards.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  I'll catch up with you as soon as I can.
PS--Hubby loves it--"you should enter this one in a contest."
