Greta Hess--that's me!
I saved my favorite project for the final day. It began with a smooshed panel die cut with AJVD Polka Dot Rectangle Backdrop.
When it was completely dry, I used my Mini MISTI to stamp the beautiful Stampendous nativity in Versamark & embossed with Zing Denim embossing powder. I repeated several times to get a very thick, shiny image. Thought the background needed some stars, but didn't want to detract from the nativity so I used white ink with a heidi swapp stencil & embossed with clear embossing powder. The sentiment from the AJVD set called Christmas Star is silver embossed & I used a bit of silver Stickles on the star & halo. This one is going to my sister & brother-in-law.
I'm also entering Always Use Rubber, Christmas Card Challenges, Dies R Us & SSS Wednesday. Thanks so much for taking time to stop by.

Splendid use of your smooshed background, and of course I love this wonderful nativity image. Really liked the treatment you've given it on this design with the repeated layers of the dark embossing. It really shows up so beautifully on the blues in the sky background. TFS
