Three Cards

Thought I'd share a couple cards I posted on IG recently.  First is the card I entered in the PFS January challenge.
I used my favorite Dainty Blossoms dies & a sentiment from Delicate Wreath.  The inks are PTI Melon Berry, Sweet Blush, Prairie Grass & Spring Moss.  I stamped the script in Fine Linen & used Spellbinders Labels for the sentiment.
Next is my entry for ITP PTI Birthday challenge.  I haven't used Vogue Vases very often, so that's where I started.
I stamped the vase in Dark Indigo a couple times to get complete, dark coverage.  Then I stamped in Versamark & embossed in clear powder to give the look of a ceramic vase.  At least that was my idea & it is really pretty in person.  The vase was die cut & I attached it to another die cut for dimension.  The foliage from Bold Blooms was stamped in Soft Stone (multiple times to achieve a darker shade), Autumn Rose & Lavender Moon.  The sentiment from Mat Stack 3 was stamped in Dark Indigo & I added Stardust Stickles to the blooms.
I started with a one layer card, but decided to cut the front into a smaller panel attached to a Soft Stone mat--much better to my eye!  It was scary, but I took my chances & added 3 score lines very close together near the bottom before attaching the vase.  So glad I didn't have to start over!
Finally I have another card made with Memory Box Bingham Heart die.  I had an extra kraft die cut on my table, so added color with a white pigment ink pen & a red/pink glitter gel pen.  Then I added Golden Rod Stickles to the flowers & added another heart die cut for extra stability.
I used my favorite PTI word die, stacked it 5 high & added Golden Rod Stickles to the letters.  The heart was colored with the glitter gel pen & covered with Nuvo Glaze.  I put the heart in place, but didn't push it all the way down to keep it slightly higher than the letters.

  1. I must start by apologising that it's clear I've missed a few posts Greta, not least the lovely one with the photo below. I realised yesterday that some of the blogs I follow are not showing new posts on my reading list, not sure how I can correct it so need to do some homework, but seems to be a know glitch.

As always some really pretty cards.
