Apologies to those of you who are tired of Christmas cards, but they're my favorite to make. I always like to play along with PTI MIM, but this week I've been trying to fight off a cold. Thought I was winning, but today score one for the virus. Can't wait any longer to make a card, so it's pretty simple.
This is A La Carte week which gave me a chance to use Lexi's Small Images on Repeat technique. I had wanted to use it again, but never did. The sweet image is from Splits: 'Tis the Season & the sentiment is from Wreath for all Seasons. The inks are Simply Chartreuse & Festive Berries.
I added sparkle with a Clear Star Gelly Roll pen. The card is slightly smaller at 3 3/4 x 5 inches. I'm also entering ATSM, HLS Christmas, The Snippets Playground & WAW. Thanks so much for stopping by. I'll check your blogs soon.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I guess the flu and cold season is in full swing as we had some of that interruption as well in our lives but we are pretty much over it. And, it is always uplifting when we can manage to make a card or two. I know it lifts my spirits when I am not quite up to par. Your card is awesome and I love the CAS design of it. I agree...nothing like Christmas cards. I hope to use some of the sets that never got inked up and make cards all year long for holiday giving.

ReplyDeleteVery, very nice! We are grateful that you joined our Challenge here at Word Art Wednesday. Leaving you with the inspiration tat comes from God's Word in Romans 1:17 which says, "For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” Have a blessed week.
