Christmas & Love

The CAS card I didn't enter in the MFT Superstar Challenge works for Rudolph Days. 
I really like the softer look of clear embossing a sentiment for emboss resist instead of white embossing. 
The snowflake is super sparkly--just kept adding glitter!  I'm also entering Christmas Card Challenges & SSS Wednesday.


Next is an anniversary card for my sister & brother-in-law.  She loves blue & he loves green, so I used both. 
I'm always drawn to cards with a watercolor wash, so will have to keep practicing.  Here I used DI cracked pistachio, but a reinker or darker color would have made it easier.  The image from SSS Sketch Ranunculus was first silver embossed using a line defining embossing powder. 
I heavily spritzed the card with Perfect Pearls--such a beautiful shimmer.  The PTI love die was cut from a blue scrap 4 times, stacked & clear embossed.  Simple 1 layer card that could be done with a lot of different images, colors & words.  I'm entering CropStop, SSS Flickr & SSS Wednesday.
