I've been missing a lot of the MFT challenges, including the sketch I used for my card. At least the color challenge is still going, so I'm entering there. Takes me forever to spend a gift certificate since I'm always afraid I'll wish I'd picked something else--LOL! However, when MFT recently had a sale I finally spent my gc from last year & got the Chevron Stripes die that had been on my wishlist a long time. Oh what a great purchase--fun, fun, fun! The bird, sentiment & cage are from MFT Contempo Cage & the tag (trimmed the bottom) is from MFT Tag You're It. I used the gorgeous Anna Griffin Feather Illusion embossing folder--appropriate, right?--LOL! Since several scraps were used I'm entering Pixies Snippets Playground & the bird lets me enter Dies R Us.

I love your little bird and I'm glad he's outside the cage! I'm the same way putting in an order. I know as soon as I send it, there's going to be something I wish I'd ordered.
I'm exactly the same way with gift cards...a list a mile long and still, once I place my order, I wonder if I should have made 'another' choice! Your chevron die: excellent selection based on your graphic delight shared here! What a fabulous background for your tweet bird! Hugs~c
