With Spring around the corner, I pulled out the beautiful Penny Black tulips called First Waltz & a panel of watercolor paper. It's been ages since I used markers to color directly onto a rubber stamp. I love the ability to put the color just where you want it.
The sentiment from Impression Obsession's Greetings Top Edgers was stacked 3 high & colored with Faber-Castell Nougat PITT Big Brush. I added the panel to a green textured mat & decided against any embellishments. I'm looking forward to seeing your creations in the gallery. I'm entering SSS Wednesday.
Thanks so much for taking time to stop by. If your blog address is in your profile or comment, I will visit you.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the Guest Spot Greta and what a gorgeous card you created. It's a long time since I scribbled directly onto the stamp with markers; so much easier these days with a stamp positioner. The background stamping and splattering adds so much without dominating. Beautiful work.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card you have presented to us Greta. Stunning stamping and colouring. The faint script adds so much to the background and love your stacked Happy Birthday sentiment. So lovely to have your talent on display at Just Us Girls this month.
