Words 2 Scrap By is joining in the final Operation Write Home Blog Hop. They will be closing after Aug. 1, 2015, so if you have cards you've been meaning to send do it before then. The Blog Hop theme is Red, White & Blue and I chose the Birthday Card option using OWH sketch #199 turned 90 degrees. 
It just happens to be based on a card by my teammate, Penny Ward. I had fun using Penny Black's first paper pad, balloon dies & an old sentiment stamp. Wishing my U.S. friends a happy Memorial Day weekend as we remember all the men & women who gave their lives in the service of our country.

ReplyDeleteThis is a perfect OWH card. Love the red, white and blue balloons. Yep, it is the race coverage everywhere. I wish for a safe race this year. It has been scary with the cars flipping upside down. Hinch is doing well in the hospital but not racing this year. Yes, I wish you were here too.
