Watercolor Crayons

I bought these crayons many years ago & hardly ever use them.  Decided to try them for one more card to enter the PTI MIM challenge.  I colored directly on the Turning a New Leaf stamp with 2 shades of green & blended with a fairly dry waterbrush & repeated 2 more times, stamping on watercolor paper.  I stamped the Inkadinkado sentiment in Memento Rich Cocoa & then added texture with the Linen/Canvas impression plate.
Not a typical Easter card, but sometimes it's fun to do something different.  Since the watercolor panel is a snippet, I'll add this to Pixies Snippets Playground. Thanks for stopping by.

  12. Like you, I bought a couple of sets several years ago, I am not sure I can even find mine if I had to. When we moved from Hawaii to where we are now...somethings were such a mess with our move with the way things were packed by our moving company and never got sorted correctly, and I do believe this is one of those items. I am not sure where they ended up in the missing mystery crafting black hole.

However, you put yours to good use. Just beautiful!

  13. Wow Great this turned out beautifully!! Love you pretty little bow too. Max gets groomed tomorrow. All of his soft teddy bear winter coat will be gone! He gets so hot when it warms up though, so he'll feel better. Fingers crossed for the predicted 66 degrees on Thursday!!! Give Fritz a pat on the head for me ;)
