Red Flowers = Christmas Card

I wanted to use ODBD stamps for this week's challenge to make a Christmas card even though I don't have any of their Christmas sets. I finally remembered using Sweet William, Small for a card last year, so pulled it out again.
The smallest flower is embossed with Zing! Red Glitter powder on vellum & mounted to white cardstock with a brad. Spellbinders Blossom 3 makes this easy.  The sentiment is from the same set.  Finally cut this beautiful striped paper from Bo-Bunny to cover my card front.  The current sketch at Freshly Made Sketches gave me my layout--think I'll be using this one again.
Hope you're having a great weekend. College football day--Go Ducks!

  1. Oh, Greta, it's beautiful! And I'm so glad you found something that worked…and so beautifully! I love the cheery and bright feel to it, and this image really does work well for Christmas too! Yay! (P. S. Sorry about the bum info about ODBD images…but you did it!) Big hugs again, and I'm so glad you've joined us again this week for the ODBD Shining the Light challenge! You are so precious!

  7. How pretty! Your flowers, patterned paper and "joy" are a lovely combination! You've rocked the FMS wonderfully!! College football for you today, and here in Canada, it's Grey Cup - Saskatchewan Rough Riders vs. Hamilton Tiger Cats. I don't watch football often, but this is one I will. Go Saskatchewan!! Have a fabulous Sunday!
