It's great that MFT gives everyone lots of time to enter Camp Create. I have 4 more cards done, but I'll just show you 2 of them today. First is one I made for Day 3: Background Bonanza & I happened to use an ombre color scheme, so I'll also add it to Bonfire Bonus: Awesome Ombre.
I used DI candied apple, abandoned coral & fossilized amber with MFT Concentric Circle stencil. Then I cut out the sentiment using MFT High Rise Lower Case Alphabet. The bird die cut is from MFT Contempo Cage. I'm also entering CropStop.
Next is my card for Day 5: Delightful Diecutting. I don't have candle dies, but I loved how Stephanie used them. I did basically the same idea with MFT Primitive Pumpkins dies & stamps.
I used DI carved pumpkin & added WOS to the pumpkins. The sentiment strip is popped up with foam tape.I'm also entering SSS Wednesday. Thanks so much for taking time to stop by.
Glad you could see the eclipse. We went to KY to see it. Amazing! Love the cards!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards. How special to see the eclipse.
ReplyDeleteFantastic creations Greta! Great eclipse pic too~
ReplyDeletewonderful cards, Greta - and you got a much better photo of the eclipse than i did - it was cloudy here but we could see the whole thing really well.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great picture of the eclipse and you. I followed it across the country on tv. Did Fritz have any reaction to it? It clouded up a lot here but not darkness. Molly slept through the whole thing. I love both cards today. The circle is so pretty and the pumpkins are sparkly and fun and a cute design.
ReplyDeletefabulous take on both techniques, greta!! the pumpkins just glow with warmth!! cool eclipse photo!!
ReplyDeleteHi Greta, Your cards are gorgeous, love them both. Thanks for leaving a message your experience with Spam as well. And wow your photo of the eclipse is amazing. We couldn't see much here, we should have been able to, it didn't get dark at all. Take good care, Shirleyxx
ReplyDeleteps. I'll look for your message on Pinterest, I'm not on there much these days. Hugs xxx

ReplyDeleteHow lucky are you to experience the eclipse? Total envy xx The first card is blended so beautifully with the gorgeous colours. Love the stencil you've used and the bird and large HI die cut sentiment look fabulous x Fun second card with a lovely layout and cute sentiment x
