PTI Create Along with Us
The Pacific Northwest is getting hammered with storms from the Pacific, so good crafting weather. Of course, there's no bad crafting weather to me--haha! The full time nurse called to see if I would work for her tomorrow & she's never done that before, so I agreed. Didn't want to run out of time or maybe have no electricity to do a post, so got my card made for PTI CAWU.
There's no lack of inspiration from the DT, but I narrowed it down to cards with wreaths & cased Lizzie. My wreath is made with 2 images from Turning a new Leaf & dots from Harvest Berries. I stamped a panel of Fine Linen cardstock with Ripe Avocado, Simply Chartreuse & Summer Sunrise. The sentiment is from Take Three Fall & is embossed with my very old JudiKins Metallic Bronze powder which is a great match for the beautiful paper & twine I got from Target thanks to my friend, Betty. Finished off with Ripe Avocado splatters. I'm also entering Inkspirational (used 5 individual stamps), Penny Black & More & Stamping Sensations. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Love the pretty wreath, Greta! It makes for a wonderful Thanksgiving card! I do hope the wind and rain settles down for you very soon! The weather has been very troubling for some parts of the country! Take care and enjoy your weekend!

ReplyDeleteLovely wreath and that copper sentiment is perfect with your paper and twine. The copper twine is just beautiful. I am laughing about your priorities. You have them in the right order as far as getting the card ready to post in case the power goes out! I would be thinking about the food in the freezer thawing.
