Couldn't let the rest of my failed alcohol ink background go to waste, so I cut as much as I could using the SSS Clustered Leaves. Then I stamped them in gold with a very old Magenta splotches stamp. I finally used the old Cuttlebug Herringbone folder & die cut the panel with SSS Curved Edge. My friend, Nat, gave me the pretty lace & the bow is made from a beautiful variegated trim I bought at least a year ago. I gold embossed the sentiment from PTI Take Three Fall onto the kraft card front. This year I've made more Thanksgiving cards than ever--just need to get them mailed! I'm entering these challenges: SSS Flickr (Anything Goes), The Kraft Journal (Blessings) & Dies R Us (Fall).
I'm also sharing what I made to enter Jennifer McGuire's new challenge, Share Handmade Kindness. We love cranberry chocolate biscotti & so does hubby's daughter. I set aside some of this batch for her & I'd share with you guys, too! Thanks so much for stopping by.
So pretty! And I LOVE your biscotti too!

ReplyDeleteGreat use of your 'failed' background for the die cut leaves. I find that with my failed ones...when you cut something out from them they become 'useable' again x Your colours and layout are just gorgeous x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love the leaves and that the trim bought so long ago just matches everything. It's great when all that comes together.
