Had to look twice to see that the e-mail really did say STAMPlorations wanted to use my card for CASEplorations! Here's the card I made as one of the Guest Designers for the June 5th post.

I'm excited to see how the DT is inspired by my black & white card using Stamplorations Sketched Rose & Trendy Butterflies with a Washi Tape border. I was invited to CASE my card as well & that was fun. At first I thought of using the rose with color, but ended up sticking with black & white. I used a beautiful image from Trendy Butterflies which I stamped a couple times between the top & bottom border made with another great STAMPlorations set--Distressed Floral Swirls.
Again I used Trendy Butterflies for the sentiment, but used different words with "Enjoy." The butterfly was white embossed on vellum & attached over the stamped ones leaving the wings free. Finished off with black pearls. What do you think? Want to play along? I would be so honored to see your creations in the gallery. Thanks so much for visiting my blog.

ReplyDeleteBlack and white are always eyecatching. Both of these grab you right away. I love the washi tape frame and the white embossed rose is just gorgeous. So are the embossed butterflies. That is such a nice honor to have your card chosen and I see why. Congratulations!!

So happy to be able to CASE your card, it is soooooo pretty! Though I couldn't come close to your gorgeous card, I loved creating :) and your second card is amazing, I love the vellum layered butterflies :)
