Another Watercolor Wonder Heart

One of my favorite Valentines this year was the PTI Watercolor Wonder rainbow heart card.  Very exciting to have it included in the PTI Newsletter! Wanted to try some other colors & finally did for my brother & SIL's Valentine.  My brother has always liked red, same as my dad, so I used Distress Inks spun sugar, worn lipstick & barn door. Had to include some pink for his wife--LOL!
I used the same mask made with my Memory Box heart but made some changes--left off the sequins & paper piecing, used the Penny Black love die covered with Stickles Frosted Lace & used the A Muse sentiment trimmed into a tag edged with a barn door marker.  Hope they like it.
A few months ago while reading blogs I came across one where the designer was using Perfect Paper Adhesive.  I dug out the little bottle I'd bought about 15 years ago & oh my goodness--it is the most wonderful stuff!  It doesn't make a mess when it gets on your hands & it dries invisible--not just clear!  It's what I used to glue the 3 die cut words together & to the card.  I'll be buying a refill for sure!
I'm entering the challenges at SSS Monday, SSS WednesdayInkspirational & Pixies Snippets Playground. Thanks so much for taking time to check my blog.

  1. Wow, Greta, beautiful card with such a well done ombre effect. Love your color selection and the use of the PB "love" die. I'll have to look for the Perfect Paper Adhesive - I've been having glue issues most of the day! Big congrats on your PTI newsletter feature - just opened my newsletter to see another gorgeous card from you! Hugs...
