Late to bed & work tomorrow with someone I am not fond of, but we don't always get what we want. Anyway, I stayed up to make a last minute entry for the Muse challenge. I saw Cornelia's neat card earlier in the week & it's been on my mind. I really wanted to pull out my gorgeous Lumiere paints & play along. They have a wonderful shimmer. The sentiment stamped on vellum is from the Hero Arts set Friends are Treasures. I added splats of Memento Tuxedo Black using my water brush which works like a charm. Finished off with some black dots. I'll also add this to the Anything Goes challenge at SSS Wed. Thanks for your visit!
Hi Greta, I am glad you had fun playing along with the Muse this week - I can see it in your card! Those paints are wonderful and great splattering! Thanks for playing!
Oh youuuu! I have wondered about the Lumiere paints and your look so rich and wonderful the way you used them!! I really like how you did the sentiment on top too! Your dots are a great finish! A really simply pretty card! I hear you on the work thing! I always told myself 'this too shall pass'!!! ;-)
*fist pump* Totally love this brush-stroke, vibrant, vellum sentimented, enamel-dotted card of yours!! Awesome colours! Awesome take o nthe inspiration card and infused with your style and flair to make it uniquely 'you'. Smitten!! Hugs~c
